The following chart lists shipping costs for orders both domestic and international. PLEASE NOTE....the listed rates are for FIRST CLASS MAIL shipping only.All orders are sent via USPS (United States Postal Service). At our discretion, heavy domestic orders may be shipped via parcel post or UPS.

We are not able to track orders sent via regular First Class Mail. Should you wish to have your order trackable and insured, please request a rate quote in the COMMENTS area at the bottom of the Checkout Page (just above the SUBMIT button). Your order will be charged the First Class Rate at checkout; once we receive the order, we will email you a quote for the additional funds needed to send the order with tracking and insurance. It is then up to you to either accept or reject the option by return email. The order will not ship until we receive your reply.

Essential Vitamins and Minerals reserves the right to limit quantities. Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), are generally processed and mailed the following work day; orders placed over the weekend are processed and shipped the following Monday. During peak business periods, an additional business day may be required. Orders placed over a holiday are processed and shipped on the next regular business day. Shipping time during the holiday seasons could also take longer than usual.

Once you receive your order, please check that it is correct; Essential Vitamins and Minerals will NOT be responsible for incorrect orders after 48 hours of its arrival. There will be no refunds on outbound shipping charges if an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us via email regarding any questions or problems with your order. Please understand that Essential Vitamins and Minerals does not know your country's current customs regulations, nor do we refund the purchase price for any product not returned to us in good condition. Should an order be returned to us by Customs, refunds are limited to the purchase price of the unopened, undamaged product returned, less return shipping fees equal to the outbound shipping fee and any other charges incurred, such as quarantine fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs of your country. Outbound shipping and handling charges for returned or lost orders are not refundable. Additionally, there will be no refunds on outbound shipping and handling charges if an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address.

Credit Card Verification: We reserve the right to request International customers ordering more than US $50 for the first time from Essential Vitamins and Minerals, to fax either: a) the front page of your monthly credit card statement (you may delete any purchase history from this document) All we need to see is a current statement showing your credit card company's name and address and your billing information and card number which matches the card you placed your order with, or, b) a copy of the front/back of your credit card and driver's license or passport verifying your shipping address. This extra step is necessary to protect both you and our company from fraudulent use of your credit card as we cannot verify your address electronically through the automated credit card validation. Your order will be shipped once we have received one of the above sets of faxes or email attachments.

Please allow 1-5 weeks for delivery; NOTE: we are not responsible for delays due to random Customs checks. If you have not received your order at the end of the 5 week period, please contact us via email. 

Customer assumes the risk for any products confiscated or opened by Customs.

It is the responsibility of our customers to be sure that they are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S. Customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Every effort will be made to minimize these costs. However, we cannot guarantee that these fees will be eliminated. We reserve the right to disallow shipment products as we are notified of bans to other countries by the FDA.
